Woo! What an exciting weekend. Here's the low-down:
Friday we went to The Sharp Edge. Saturday, we went to Liz's wedding. It was a nice day for a white wedding, it was nice day to start again!!!!!!!!! Anyways. Friday and Saturday night I watched Kill Bill Vol. 1 (in pieces), and Sunday we went to see Kill Bill Vol. 2. I guess I didn't hate it. I will admit that I was expecting much worse.
Here is something interesting... you can calculate your ecological footprint. According to the site, my lifestyle causes me to use 12 acres of land. I think that is per year. Not really sure. But they said the average person in my country uses like 24 acres, so I obviously rock! Kim just emailed me and said she only uses 11. What a bitch. My food footprint was like more than an acre less than her's though. Oink, oink, baby!
School starts next week already. Man. I can't believe that I am starting my summer semester before some school even finish their spring semesters!!! What crap. Oh well. At least I get lots of time off in August.
Spring has finally sprung. Actually, more like winter died and summer reared it's ugly head. Not that I'm complaining. I'm just disappointed that we seem to be transitioning straight from cold weather to hot weather more and more. I think it is supposed to be more springy this week though. And you know what that means... rain. I hate rain! I hate rain more than snow. I wouldn't mind snow if it was like, warm and didn't melt. Like confetti. That would be fun.
Oh yeah. After Liz's wedding, I naturally decided to come home and look up the laws about marrying your cousin in different states. Not that I want to marry my cousin, but because I really needed to know. Did you know it is legal in like 26 states to marry your cousin? Who knew. And the law in Utah was great... you either had to be over 65 or 55 and older and show proof that neither you nor your partner (cousin) could produce children!!! Amazing.
Well, I'm off to find more important facts on the Internet. Viva La Bam!
